Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, Clean, On-Time, Constant Communication . . . Excellent Service by Tanner and Jeffrey on the set-up (they know what they are doing).

We shopped different stores and found the greatest value at Sure Shot Billiards; add to that the great service from beginning to end made this experience pleasurable, enjoyable and satisfying.

We posted it and received a message from Sure Shot Billiards he worked with us to come to a price suitable for the table we had. They were patient polite and quick at reaponding. They worked around my very busy schedule. Today they came out took it apart payed us the amount we agreed on no questions asked. They are very reliable made us feel like friends not customers. They were very nice respectable men who understood our situation and even have us there best wishes. I would recommend you buying from them or selling to them. We really appreciate them an don't how good of people they are we thank them and if we ever want something in the future they will be the first people we call. Tanner then provided me with expert advice on the right table for me and for my space.

After I chose the table Tanner and his business partner Jeff beautifully refurbished the table to brand new condition.

Tanner and Jeff delivered and set up the table in less than an hour. They were very courteous, knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant.

Tanner and Jeff made the whole experience very easy. They have a strong attention to detail and will deliver you the finest product that everyone can take pride in.

I would highly recommend Sure Shot if you a want a high quality pool table at an affordable price. Great value and Great people made me a very happy customer!

From the first phone call, to the delivery and setup, everything about these guys is top notch - first class. Eric met me at the store and I got a great education about pool tables. They have a nice selection of tables in all price ranges. Tanner and Jeffery came out a few days later and did a fantastic job of centering the table, leveling and assembly. And they were fun, fast and didn't make a mess. All this for a fraction of the cost of a brand new table!

I couldn't be more satisfied with my table. Don't but a pool table from anyone else...
